The Employee ID Card Verification Portal has been upgraded to a new version. What is new: stronger security with encrypted links and advanced threat protection across the portal; a redesigned, faster interface for the dashboard and employee management; secure online payment for iCard reprints, with a reason recorded for every reprint; operators can now be assigned to multiple departments; per-device login sessions with the ability to review and sign out devices from My Profile; and improved voice-guided ID verification. No action is required. For any issue, contact the Directorate of Sainik Welfare, Jammu and Kashmir.

Download your individual iCard PDF from the Reprint option. 1. Ask your Data Entry Operator to add or update your email in your employee record. 2. Wait for admin approval of the email update. Your employee record must also be approved. 3. Open Reprint, enter your registered details and verify the code sent to your approved email. 4. Choose Download PDF only, pay ₹100 and download your card's front and back in one PDF. Limit: 3 paid PDF downloads per card per calendar year, resetting on 1 January (India time). Keep your verification code private. Contact the office if you cannot access your email.
